Meditation for Busy People NOW in Castro Valley

Explore and practice techniques from traditional sources as well as modern psychology and neuroscience  Learn and practice meditation and mindfulness techniques that can help you in as little as 10 minutes a day. According to a study from Harvard University , meditation reduces stress, fosters clear thinking and increases our capacity for empathy and compassion. Meditation for Busy People now offered for Fall 2017. Four week evening class offered in Castro Valley California- San Francisco East Bay.

Class 1– Overview of mindfulness and sitting meditation instruction and practice. Class 2– Mindfulness in everyday life and walking meditation instruction and practice, Class 3 – Meditation of the senses & working with mind and emotions. Class 4 – Well wishes meditation & ideas for further practice.
