Class 1– Overview of mindfulness and sitting meditation instruction and practice. Class 2– Mindfulness in everyday life and walking meditation instruction and practice, Class 3 – Meditation of the senses & working with mind and emotions. Class 4 – Well wishes meditation & ideas for further practice.

John is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California and a meditation practice instructor for Nalandabodhi (a Tibetan Buddhist organization founded in the United States by Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche).
